The Assistant Manager supports the Store Manager in overseeing daily operations to ensure excellent customer service, efficient staff performance, and smooth daily workflow. This role helps maintain franchise standards, handles customer feedback, and assists in staff training, scheduling, and administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in managing daily operations and ensure smooth service flow.
Supervise, train, and motivate service and kitchen staff to deliver high-quality service.
Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally and promptly.
Support the Manager in scheduling, inventory control, and cost management.
Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and company operational standards.
Monitor cash handling, daily sales reports, and POS system accuracy.
Assist in implementing promotional activities and improving overall customer satisfaction.
* Act as the person-in-charge in the Manager's absence.
