Job Description
Working hour: 8am - 5.30pm (Mon - Fri) Work location: Macpherson
Job scope:
- Perform general administrative duties
- Work closely and expedites the flow of work and materials within or between departments according to production schedule
- Reviewing and distribution of production duties, Coordinate shipment schedules
- Conferring with department supervisors to determine progress of work and completion dates
- Document and compiling reports on progress of work, inventory levels, costs, and production problems Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
Requirement:
- Min. 1 year of administrative role or clerical duties
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Computer literacy
- Positive Attitude & willing to learn
- Excellent communication skills On the job training is provided
Salary will commensurate based on experience and qualification
