Champion strategies and ideas for integrated campaigns (brand, advertising, PR, content, social, digital, sustainability, ESG-focused)
Develop and actively oversee company sales targets
Inspire and influence clients, creatives and project members
Guide team of 5; grow their expertise and steering their accounts / issues in accounts
Oversees project management of team members
Keep abreast on latest trends and thoughts, best practices and competitive movements on ground
Drive marketing planning and implementation for company
Co-steer agency business and cultural directions with senior management
Qualifications:
At least 6 years of experience senior manager experience within agency
Prefers boutique advertising agency or brand consultancy experience
Experienced in agency operations and workflow
Experienced in leading and guiding a team
Technically strong in at least 2 out of 4 areas below: Research, Strategic branding, 360 campaigns, PR/social media; able to advise clients in those areas
Knowledgeable in sustainability practices in marketing and beyond and is keen to deploy initiatives for client
