Assistant Account Manager

Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- To be involved in a large-scale IT and meter deployment project, which includes:
2. Conducting project meetings with internal and external stakeholders;
3. Tracking project statuses and provide regular updates to the management; and
4. Working with internal and external stakeholders on project related matters.
Period:
- 2 years contract + 1.5 years
- Monday - Friday, 8am \xe2\x80\x93 5.30pm or 8.30am - 6pm
- up to $4500 + bonus
- Kallang
- Minimum Degree with at least 2 years of working experience
- Good knowledge in government procurement policies and processes
- Proficient in using Microsoft Excel and strong numerical skill
- Strong in analytical skills with an eye for details
- Self-motivated and excellent team player with a positive work attitude
- Good negotiation, influencing and stakeholder engagement skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment
- Possess good communication, written and interpersonal skills
- Prior experience in the utilities industry is an added advantage
