To be involved in a large-scale IT and meter deployment project, which includes:
1. Managing the budget and claims, includes cash flow/budgetary forecasts, cost estimates, processing of payments, claims, variation orders and preparation of reports and approval papers;
2. Conducting project meetings with internal and external stakeholders;
3. Tracking project statuses and provide regular updates to the management; and
4. Working with internal and external stakeholders on project related matters.
Period:
2 years contract + 1.5 years
Working Hours:
Monday - Friday, 8am \xe2\x80\x93 5.30pm or 8.30am - 6pm
Salary:
up to $4500 + bonus

Kallang
Requirements:
Minimum Degree with at least 2 years of working experience
Good knowledge in government procurement policies and processes
Proficient in using Microsoft Excel and strong numerical skill
Strong in analytical skills with an eye for details
Self-motivated and excellent team player with a positive work attitude
Good negotiation, influencing and stakeholder engagement skills
Ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment
Possess good communication, written and interpersonal skills
Prior experience in the utilities industry is an added advantage
