SummaryThe objectives of the position are performing assigned duties punctually and accurately as well as assisting in maintaining full set of accounting records for a legal entity.What you\'ll doThe holder of the position is mainly responsible for the following areas in coordination with his / her manager:

• Account Payable function i.e. handle invoice posting in our accounting system, checking process and follow up its status with aimed to ensure on-time payment
• Assist in month/year end closing
• Responsible for inter-company transactions and reconciliation
• Responsible for Accounts Receivables outstanding and follow up
• Other ad hoc assignment

What you\'ll need

• Degree in Accounting or Tertiary education in related disciplines
• 3 \xe2\x80\x93 5 years accounting experience
• Experience in AP is a must
• Previous experience in handling inter-company transactions would be an advantage
• Able to handle full set of accounts and financial analysis
• Proficient in PC application such as Excel, Words, etc.
• Detail minded, well organized and accurate
• Self-motivated with sense of responsibility
• Excellent command of written and spoken English is a must
• Excellent command of written and spoken Mandarin required to communicate, and liaise with Mandarin-speaking only stakeholders
• Experience in SAP is a must
• Able to work in a dynamic working environment and works well under pressure
