Who you are: You have a Degree in Accounting or equivalent from an accredited university/institution.You must have at least 3 years of relevant experience in finance/accounting preferably from audit firmsRequired experience and skills: Good communication skills. High proficiency in excel. Prior experience/exposure working with Power BI/Python would be a strong plus. Analytical, numerical, systematic with eye for details. Comfortable working with large data. Ability to work on own initiative as well as in a team, and manage staff located overseas. Responsible, motivated, conscientious, and upholds a high level of integrity. Ability to work with tight deadlines when required. Very good knowledge of both local GAAP and IFRS. Very good knowledge of financial business related the similar industry (preferable).What you will be doing: Responsible for all accounting and reporting functions for rental asset business (UCPL). Responsible for timely and accurate monthly and year-end financial closing. Managing finance related activities such as cash flow management, risk management and tax matters, and producing statutory accounts/reports. Prepare analysis reports for Asset Business team. Manage, mentor and guide accounting team on accounting and reporting matters. Continuously drive process improvement. Up keeping of strong internal control system and corporate governance. Ensuring compliance with account standards, group financial and treasury policies. Liaise with auditor / tax consultant/ company secretary for statutory reporting. Statistics and Government surveys (Finance related).
