Job Description


Our client is a MNC in retail Manufacturing. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for Assistant Admin and HR Manager to join their Team, in hopes of developing their current high performing team. They are located at Central. Job Responsibilities

  • Responsible for full spectrum of Human Resource functions.
  • Responsible for HR matters and partner with external vendors on HR related matters and drive desired company culture and values.
  • Assist in implementing and reviewing HR strategies and policies with business goals.
  • Oversee payroll processing and compliance with the regulations
  • Responsible for end-to-end employee cycle.
  • Responsible for annual performance appraisal and yearly salary review.
  • Manage and supervise administrative functions, such as equipment, management of contracts, lease or tenancy agreements and liaising with vendors etc.
  • Any other ad-hoc duty as assigned
Requirements:
  • Min Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent
  • Min 4 years of experience in HR and Administration, with managerial experience
  • Well experience of HR policies and knowledge of Singapore employment and legislation
