\xc2\xb7 5 Days (Mon to Fri: 8.30am \xe2\x80\x93 5.30pm)
Offered Salary
- S$9.00 to S$10.00 per hour (Depending on qualification)
\xc2\xb7 GCE \xe2\x80\x98O\xe2\x80\x99 / \xe2\x80\x98A\xe2\x80\x99 Level / Nitec / Higher Nitec / Diploma (Pass in English and Mathematics)
\xc2\xb7 PC literate and able to use applications i.e. Microsoft Office Applications (especially MS Excel)
\xc2\xb7 Able to work independently and in a team environment
\xc2\xb7 Meticulous and has an interest in handling figures
\xc2\xb7 Fair/Good command on spoken & written English language
\xc2\xb7 Track, retrieve and collate eResources statistics for monthly reports as per the required timeline. This includes liaising with vendors on statistics related issues, and updating manuals on usage statistics, where applicable.
\xc2\xb7 Provide ad hoc administrative support to the department e.g. ad hoc retrieval of statistics, administer the generic email account and follow up to ensure proper closure. For complex queries, to escalate to the respective staff in-charge to follow up.
\xc2\xb7 Support the record ingestion process to ensure discoverability of eResources on NLB\xe2\x80\x99s platforms, and for titles to be available to NLB patrons.
\xc2\xb7 Support projects within the department such as:
a. Testing and deployment of eResources.
b. Ingestion of data for further analysis.
c. Consolidation lists of files for discard.
