- Experience in design development, project coordination and contract administration of various scale of projects
- Able to work independently and be responsible for coordinating design issues
- Handles the interaction with client at project level during construction stages and administering construction contract
- Lead the project team during design and construction while ensuring methodical and thorough documentation of the construction process
- Formulate strategies and organize work flow to meet project objectives and deadlines
- Possess strong design skills
- Quick learner, fast adaptability
- Able to work under tight deadlines
- Able to work effectively in a team
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor Degree in Architecture/Master\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Architecture
- Proficient in AutoCAD software and Revit Architecture
- Singaporeans need to apply
- 3-5 years and above of relevant experience
- 1 Full-Time position (s) available
