Job Description
Helping the builder in controlling and overseeing construction variances, preparing equipment and materials for returns, and securing them on site Supporting the builder in the final preparation of homes to be delivered to the customer care department and then finally to the homebuyer Assisting the construction manager in all aspects of the construction job from trench to move-in. Keeping the machines serviced, and the job sites clean at all times Watching for hazards and reporting any concerns to the supervisor or safety personnel
