Fuchsia Lane, a luxury fashion label established since 2007, with a prestigious clientele, consisting of celebrities and savvy business and political leaders, aims to expand international presence. We are thus seeking a self-driven, hands-on individual to join us immediately as Assistant Atelier Sales Manager .

Fuchsia Lane vision is to create poetic Asian Aesthetics while championing Artisanal skills, sustainability and renewing dying crafts. We aim to build a cultural community who appreciates our Asian Heritage and craftsmanship and the core of what we do. We believe in making our customers feel magical with timeless wardrobe treasures that are painstakingly crafted.

You can help and what you do matters here! You will report to both the Founder and the Assistant General Manager with ample mentoring opportunities to realise and develop your potential.

Key Responsibilities . Set sales targets together with Management and achieve them through utilising resources like social media, e-commerce, organising events, marketing and promotions to attract prospect VIP and retaining existing clients.

. Create meaningful connection with clients thru crafting personalised intimate brand experiences and articulating the inspirations and details behind every season’s designs.

  • Tell our brand story with delightful sensorial experiences at our atelier and planning social media campaigns carefully with the team to turn queries into potential sales.

  • Provide wardrobe solutions to every client based on their profile, wardrobe needs and style preferences for every appointment.

. Review, analyse and present sales data to drive sales and create profitable product lines with the team.

  • To motivate and manage atelier staff to achieve store sales and exceptional customer service

. To create impactful visual displays and ensure the atelier is neat and welcoming and adheres to the brand’s creative direction.

. Execute and ensure the smooth running of fashion shoots, events, workshops and liasing with the media actively to push for brand stories

. Building and maintaining VIP Appreciation programme by working with cross marketing partners to offer value and niche experiences to loyal clients

. Developing new resource revenues besides sales.

Skills and Competencies
  • Preferably 5 years sales or client servicing experience in industries involving fashion/luxury brands. Candidates with strong hospitality or service-oriented experience who love a sales challenge are desired as well.

  • Driven but tactful and enjoys negotiation and closing sales

  • An eye for aesthetics, detail and appreciation for oriental culture

  • Able to motivate and manage work teams

  • Able to articulate well with strong interpersonal skills to work well with different stake holders

  • Proficient in MS Office like Word, Excel and Powerpoint and a bonus for proficiency in Adobe Software like Photoshop and Illustrator.

  • Ability to manage fast paced deadlines and shows grace under stress

  • Strong time management and organizational skills

  • High availability and responsiveness
