Tanjong Beach Club was conceived to celebrate our tropical weather and foster a local beach culture. The restaurant, bar, club and retail space sits on Singapore\xe2\x80\x99s best strip of sand in Sentosa, providing an urban getaway where beach-goers retreat to savour coastal cuisine and artisanal cocktails while lounging on daybeds by the pool or relaxing indoors. The experience is enhanced by panoramic views of the sea and underscored by upbeat music. Our bartenders are part of a team of passionate people who are crazy about creating awesome experiences for our guests. Having the necessary product knowledge and strong people acumen skills are the backbone to a strong restaurant service. The role also requires the individual to maintain the highest customer service standards of the establishment and ensure that our customers leave with an awesome experience that leaves them yearning for more. Your responsibilities include:

• Creative development of a signature beverage offering
• Assisting in the efficient running of the day-to-day bar operations
• Ensuring appropriate handling of all equipment and supplies within his/her area
• Assisting in preparation for business hours and table set up
• Assisting the managers in the daily beverage operations and ensuring the quality and consistency of all products meet desired standards
• Managing the beverage stocks and inventories
• Maintaining a good housekeeping regime and reporting any defects in furniture, fixtures, and equipment
• Participating and managing assigned sections to provide a beverage experience for customers
