Reporting to Boutique Manager for the new flagship boutique
Execute the sales initiatives of the Brand and achieve sales targets
Daily, weekly and monthly action plan to deliver the expected sales results
Be the brand ambassador: exhibit reverence and passion for the brand, demonstrate enthusiasm and pride in working in the boutique/store
Develop the relationships with top/key customers to ensure loyalty to the brand. Convert into sales transaction and retain the customer for future transactions.
Ensure a culture of hospitality in the boutique/store
Manage customers issues/complains and ensure customer by determining optimal solution
Ensure proper care of stocks, fixtures and furniture within the boutique, and kept neatly and tidy at all times.
Ensure visual merchandising are implemented efficiently.
Other ad-hoc duties assigned by Management
Requirements:
At least 3 years of relevant working experience, preferably in the luxury timepiece industry
Strong sales track record and networking skills. Attention to details and customer & sales-oriented
Dynamic and ability to drive/execute initiatives
Monthly Salary + AWS + Commissions
Office location: Orchard Road | Retail hours; work 4 days per week
