Job Title: Assistant Brand Manager, Distributor Markets

About the Role
The Assistant Brand Manager is responsible for building brand equity for our Consumer Beauty portfolio of brands (focus brands Rimmel, Adidas, Max Factor, Sally Hansen, David Beckham and Nautica) & growing market share in the markets we operate in. The ABM will achieve this via collaboration with our distributors in the execution of brands marketing strategies and plans, building collaborative relationship with them, understanding the market and influencing the company to adapt the plans and guidelines to better win in-market.

THE ROLE

In this role you will be responsible for:

  • Work closely with brand manager to support all brands and Go-to markets activities of the Consumer Beauty division at Coty
  • Work with distributors to deliver aligned brand strategy, GTM initiatives, trade marketing calendar (both launches & re-promotes), VM & marketing/ digital investments.
  • Develop in collaboration with APAC consumer beauty marketing team 360 brand strategy tool kits incl. marketing calendar, trade marketing flight path, activation, VM, eComm plans to be shared with distributors for their execution
  • Validate & align all plans and work with distributors to drive best in class execution
  • Develop digital marketing calendar and work closely with distributors on execution (channels, activation, social, data) with support from SEA Digital/eCom team
  • In collaboration with SEA e-Commerce team develop eComm strategy and sustainable vision to increase weight of business
  • Ensure all marketing executions are on brand & within brands\xe2\x80\x99 DNA.
  • Monitor & Analyse post execution/ launch results and advise on opportunities to improve
  • Consolidation and analysis of monthly sales by brand/category/SKU \xe2\x80\x93 vs Previous Year, vs Plan/Business Plan
  • A&P management, tracking, ROI
WHAT YOU\xe2\x80\x99LL BRING

We\xe2\x80\x99d love to see candidates who have:
  • Diploma or Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Business Administration, or similar
  • Strong MS excel, Word and power points skills
  • Experience of 4 years or more in brand management and/or trade marketing management (exposure to Distributors preferred)
  • Knowledge & exposure to the region \xe2\x80\x93 SEA, APAC
  • Self-motivated and self-starter, with a strong work ethic and a sense of confidentiality.
  • Possesses cross-cultural awareness and high emotional intelligence.
  • Articulate, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong interest in consumer goods, makeup and beauty products.
  • Strong desire to learn along with a strong sense of ownership.
  • Persuasive, resilient and flexible, able to easily adapt to new challenges.
  • Passionate, enthusiastic and driven to regularly follow-up with loose ends.
  • Able to thrive despite challenges while adopting a positive attitude under pressure.
