Job Description
Support the implementation of the global Marketing strategy, guidelines and tools for the Brand in the given entity, by proactively proposing options. Develop new and creative ways to raise the image and awareness of the brand in the territory. Ensure the best possible brand presentation in the market with excellence in the execution.
Brand & Event Management
- Work closely with Brand manager to strategize all brand related activities across all level with strong focus on retail and client experiences.
- Being data centric. Demonstrates the ability to provide a 360 degree business review using brand related analytics (trend, competitors, business reports etc) and commercial performance.
- Oversee the media planning and able to translate overall communication guidelines into local plan, keeping in mind the need to build brand and place priority on retail needs.
- Analyze the PR values\' achievements vs targets and provide constructive recommendations and action plans.
- Evaluate post-campaign performance regularly (event & media buy) to ensure KPIs are met and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Proactively track competitors\' animation and promotion best practices to strengthen brand plans.
- Coach Brand Coordinator and Executive with dual objectives of developing his/her skills and career progression.
- Provides clear direction and guide direct report to achieve KPIs and ensure timely delivery on all tasks assigned.
