Your Job:

As the Assistant Brand Manager for our Family Care category, you will work closely with the Brand Manager responsible for developing and implementing the marketing plan that addresses brand and business objectives at a local level. You will work across functions within the business unit to drive the implementation of approved brand marketing plan.

As a marketing professional, you will provide brand knowledge on matters of Marketing and general business. In your Assistant Brand Manager role, you\xe2\x80\x99ll help us deliver better care for billions of people around the world.

Role Overview & Primary Accountabilities:

  • Delivery of business objectives- marketing profit, net realized revenue, strategic business planning, crisis and cost management, to support company operating profit
  • Provide input to brand\xe2\x80\x99s cost savings opportunities
  • Implement the right marketing mix for assigned product segment
  • Lead execution of brand and promotion campaigns from conceptualization to post-campaign analysis
  • Work with local creative and media agencies to develop key campaign assets and communication plans
  • Lead cross-functional project teams in product developments such as new product launches, product improvements and packaging changes.
  • Assist with consumer related crisis management
  • Manage and track marketing budget.
  • Provide brand market insight regarding country consumer fit with positioning.
  • Recommend marketing strategies to achieve brand sales and budgeted brand gross margin and net sales revenue
Essential Requirements:
  • Degree in Business Management/Marketing
  • At least 2-3 years exposure to brand management in a MNC within the FMCG industry
  • Commercially driven and has a sense of financial objectives.
  • Ability to be hands-on and multi-task with running back to back campaigns in the category
  • Highly independent with strong interpersonal skills to be able to collaborate across different functions/teams- other marketing teams (e.g. trade marketing), mill and regional teams.
