Job Description
$5K + AWS + VB + allowance5 working days, Mon - Fri, normal office hoursLocation: WestResponsibilities
- Lead a team of Property Executive(s) and/or Technician and be responsible for the properties under your charge
- Establishing and maintenance of the Company Emergency Response Team for the property
- Compliance, including Head Lease (where relevant), regulatory compliance and timely renewal of all regulatory licenses
- Property Maintenance Management and Operation:
- Planning and execution of Property AEI and A&A works
- Oversight of term contractors and consultants working on the Properties
- Tenant Management, including handing and taking over, defect management, supervise tenant fit-out works and enforcement of relevant terms under the lease
- Cost and Document Control, including preparation of property budget and tracking of actual expenses and the associated reporting
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering, Building or Facilities or Estate Management or equivalent.
- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience.
- Good knowledge of Singapore Standards, Code of Practice in building services and other relevant statutory requirements regarding tenancy work.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
