A global logistics services firm is inviting keen individuals to join its team as an Assistant Business Development Manager.
Responsibilities:
Keep growing our existing customer accounts by spotting new opportunities and offering more what they need.
Develop new business and identify potential clients to enhance the existing customer base.
Follow up on all stages of the sales cycle, including lead generation, quoting, coordination with operational staff, project implementation.
Development and implementation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency and efficiency across processes.
Prepare sales material, presentations, and proposals tailored to customer needs.
Respond to inquiries and manage RFQs (Request for Quotes), ensuring quick and effective communication with clients.
Manage accounts receivable follow-up to ensure timely client payments and maintain healthy cash flow.
Job Requirements:
Possess a Diploma or Degree preferably in Business or Logistics and Supply Chain Management or equivalent, with at least 5 years of Sales experience
Have analytical and problem-solving ability, strong interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated and ability to work effectively and efficiently in a diverse environment
Strong problem-solving skills and absolutely needs to have a "can-do" attitude
