If you\'re all about making a difference in a fast-paced, innovative environment, read on! Job Overview: As our Assistant Centre Manager, you\'ll be the heartbeat of our bustling coding school. You\'ll have the opportunity to interact with an energetic crowd of students aged 7 to 16, and play a key role in creating an engaging and organized environment for learning and growth. Key Responsibilities:

• Be the first point of contact at our front counter, handling customer service queries via Whatsapp, WebChat, Telegram, FB Chat, Emails, Phone, and Walk-ins with charm and efficiency.
• Coordinate student enrollments and class administration, including schedule management, fee calculations, and seamless communication with customers, parents, and our teaching team.
• Ensure our centre is a welcoming, clean, and organized space that both students and teachers love.
• Dive into marketing activities, helping to identify new opportunities and manage our digital presence on platforms like Google, Facebook, and Instagram.
• Proactively contribute to enhancing our operational efficiency and overall success.

What We\xe2\x80\x99re Looking For:

• A Higher Nitec (or equivalent) in Business Administration, Customer Experience Management, Marketing, Business Information Systems, or Human Resource Management. Fresh graduates are welcome!
• Excellent command of English with superb communication and interpersonal skills.
• A friendly, positive attitude with a detail-oriented and multitasking ability.
• Tech-savvy with a good grasp of Office and Productivity tools.
• A natural at interacting with children and their parents.
