An Assistant Chef is required to assist the Head Chef in the preparation of all food for guests.

Role Responsibility
  • Manage stock control and rotation.
  • Complete audit and quality standard documentation.
  • Ensure all food is prepared according to standard recipes and production schedules.
  • Assist with the preparation of all food, considering specific needs and special diet requirements.
  • Assist in the planning of menus, orders, and cutting fish.
  • Always maintain a high standard of hygiene and cleanliness in the food preparation and service areas.
  • Day-to-day tasks as assigned by Head Chef

The Ideal Candidate
  • Must be a qualified Chef (in Japanese Fine Dining)
  • Able to effectively manage resources.
  • Adaptability to change.
  • Skilful at multitasking.
  • Experience working within and team,
  • Able to display good communication skills.

Working days: 5.5 days per week

Off-days: Every Sunday full day off and Monday is a half day off. Except for 3rdweek Sunday and the following Monday (swap off days)

Location: Orchard Road (Near Orchard station), Forum the Shopping Mall

Salary Package: Up to $3,600 (commensurate based on experience)
