Job Responsibilities: Improve / Develop processes to reduce scrap, improve yield & customer satisfaction in line with department objectives. Assist Executive Engineer to develop strategic plan and work to upgrade department competency and capabilities. Involve in introduction, qualification and industrialization of new raw materials, products and processes. Resolve quality issues and customer complaints on a timely basis.Job Requirements: Min Degree in Chemistry, Material Engineering or any related Engineering discipline. No Prior Experience Required as training will be provided.
