Assistant Chinese Chef
The Assistant Chinese Chef holds a senior management position within the culinary division, reporting directly to the Executive Chinese Chef on operations. He/She is responsible for supervising the day-to-day running of either the Jiang-Nan Chun restaurant kitchen, including Chinese banquet menus in the Hotel. The management of food costs and production control are important to reduce wastage in addition to the culinary training for all kitchen employees on a daily basis. This includes the ability to plan, organize, control and provide leadership to the culinary team ensuring superior quality and consistency in preparation of all food items.
