Reporting directly to the Group Head of Commercial Finance, Health & Beauty and Own Brand at Singapore Health & Beauty, you will play a pivotal role in establishing robust partnerships across various departments including Commercial, Operations, Marketing, and Accounting Services. Your primary objective will be to cultivate trust and deliver valuable insights, analyzing trends and identifying opportunities for management consideration. Your proactive approach will involve crafting informative reports that assess the company's overall performance, driving strategic advancements that directly benefit our customers.

The Role
Drive business performance by sales data analytics
Identify the merchandising and category trends / emerging issue in Singapore
Shape the role of financial business partnership in Asia, working closely with senior commercial leadership team to lead and develop the annual budget and re-forecasts including commentary for regular business review
Lead and support development the financial strategy needed to support category and business objectives
Provide complete, accurate and timely management reporting and business insights to senior management
Lead the budget and forecasting process including planning, budgeting and forecasting of sales, margins and working capital
Responsible for providing enhanced commercial reporting and insights of key KPIs, including deep dive root cause analysis, identify cost savings opportunities
Provide analytical support to other functions as requested
Support financial and strategic projects as requested
Supervise business cases for any new business initiatives
Lead and initiate enhancements to reporting and insight generation
About You
A CA/CPA/CIMA/CFA qualification is preferred
4+ years of relevant business partnering experience working with complex organisations, fast paced environment
Experience working with and influencing non-financial stakeholders especially Operations / Sales / Commercial / Merchandising / Buying functions
Business acumen and an ability to interpret and analyse financial results, big data, and proven experience in structured problem solving
Superior time management, with the ability to prioritise tasks within a challenging environment
Strong communication skills and interpersonal skills
Advanced level in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office
* Experience with digital tools i.e. SAP BI, Tableau, Alteryx, Power Automation are desirable
