Job Description
The Assistant Commercial Manager acts under the supervision of the Commercial Manager and is responsible for:
- Ensure that vessels are managed according to contractual terms stipulated in respective agreement
- Ensure that Technical Superintendent is aware of the agreement for vessel under their control
- Ensure timely preparation of quarterly account reports from both Accounts Groups and Technical Department
- Controlling and monitoring vessels\' budget
- Preparing budget proposal in coordination with the Technical Department
- Presenting yearly budget proposal to management for approval prior to sending to vessel owner
- Overviewing the purchasing functions related to cost control
- Arranging purchasing trainings for Purchasers
- Ensuring purchasing services provided are in compliance with purchasing manual Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Degree in relevant field
- Min 3 year working experience in relevant industry
- Location: City Hall
- Working hours: Mon - Fri, 9am - 6pm
- Salary: Up to $4500 Able to start work immediate or on short notice
