Job Description

  • Manage and oversee the scheduling of manpower resources.
  • Monitor the welfare of workers at sites, ensuring they have proper PPE, observe health and safety rules.
  • Maintaining a safe, secure, and healthy work environment by adhering to and enforcing safety codes.
  • Ensure workers and sites have valid relevant permits when working at sites.
  • Work with Project Manager/ Engineer/ Construction Manager on labor requirements and monitor arrangement to dispatch workers to construction site.
  • Inspect and monitor works carried out at sites in compliance with safety measures, and other regulations.
  • Coordinate with purchasing team to acquire necessary PPE, supplies and materials to meet project requirements.
  • Investigate and report any safety incidents or accidents at sites.
  • To ensure the right tools and equipment are made ready at sites in a timely manner.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of working experience in construction industry especially on civil engineering
  • Possess Class 2/3 Driving License
Job Types: Full-time, PermanentSalary: $4,000.00 - $4,800.00 per monthSchedule:
  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekend availability
