Manage and oversee the scheduling of manpower resources.
Monitor the welfare of workers at sites, ensuring they have proper PPE, observe health and safety rules.
Maintaining a safe, secure, and healthy work environment by adhering to and enforcing safety codes.
Ensure workers and sites have valid relevant permits when working at sites.
Work with Project Manager/ Engineer/ Construction Manager on labor requirements and monitor arrangement to dispatch workers to construction site.
Inspect and monitor works carried out at sites in compliance with safety measures, and other regulations.
Coordinate with purchasing team to acquire necessary PPE, supplies and materials to meet project requirements.
Investigate and report any safety incidents or accidents at sites.
To ensure the right tools and equipment are made ready at sites in a timely manner.

Requirements

Minimum 5 years of working experience in construction industry especially on civil engineering
Possess Class 2/3 Driving License
