Job Description





Responsibilities

  • Control the operation of kitchen ;
  • Do reporting to the management on issues such as food cost, inventory control and weekly reviews;
  • Discuss menu planning with management ;
  • Plan roster for staff;
  • Ensuring food quality and food handling standards ;
  • Ensuring that menu items are served consistently at standard time and quality;
  • Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:
  • With 2 year of relevant working experience
  • Knowledge of kitchen hygiene practices and occupational health and safety standards.
  • Able to work on weekend, public holiday.
