Do reporting to the management on issues such as food cost, inventory control and weekly reviews;
Discuss menu planning with management ;
Plan roster for staff;
Ensuring food quality and food handling standards ;
Ensuring that menu items are served consistently at standard time and quality;
Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
With 2 year of relevant working experience
Knowledge of kitchen hygiene practices and occupational health and safety standards.
Able to work on weekend, public holiday.
