An assistant cook (sometimes called commis chef, kitchen assistant or jumior cook) is a person who helps the head cook or chef in a kitchen
Helps with cooking simple dishes under supervosor
Prepare basic ingredients( washing,chopping, measuring)
Follows receipes and instractions from the haed cook or chef.
Keeps the kitchen clean and organized.
Checks and strores food supplies properly
Ensures hygiene and safety standards are followed.
