Job Description

We have entered Singapore with over 15 years of F&B experience in Korea. We plan to introduce Korean food to the world and open over 100 restaurants worldwide.

Assist in preparing and cooking traditional Korean dishes such as Kimchi, Bulgogi, Bibimbap, etc. Organize ingredients and prepare necessary kitchen tools and supplies. Perform basic food preparation tasks such as washing, peeling, chopping, and measuring ingredients. Follow instructions from senior chefs and kitchen staff to cook and plate dishes. Ensure food quality and hygiene are maintained throughout the cooking process. Maintain cleanliness of kitchen equipment and tools, adhering to hygiene standards. Assist with cleaning and organizing the kitchen after service to maintain a clean and safe work environment.

Job Requirements

Education

: No formal culinary degree required, but relevant kitchen experience or training is preferred.

Experience

: Previous experience as an assistant cook, kitchen helper, or in a similar role is a plus, but not essential.

Language Skills

: Basic proficiency in English for effective communication in a multicultural team.

Physical Requirements

: Ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy items (up to 25kg) in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Knowledge of Korean Cuisine

: Basic knowledge of Korean food and ingredients is preferred, but training will be provided for passionate individuals.

Hygiene Standards

: Understanding of food safety and hygiene regulations is required.

Teamwork and Attitude

: Must have a positive attitude, be able to work well in a team, and be willing to work during busy periods, including evenings and weekends. *

Work shift

Able to commit on weekends and public holiday. Able to accept split shift.
