Job Description
& Requirements
- Involved in kitchen operation from food preparation to final product
- Prepare ingredients to be used in cooking like chopping, peeling vegatables, cutting meat, etc
- Washing of pots, pans, dishes, utensils and other cooking equipment
- Ensure total kitchen cleanliness and hygiene standards are maintained
- Skilled in using kitchen equipment
- Adhere to rules and regulations set by Management
- Other ad hoc duties as assigned by Management
- Kowledge in chinese cuisine
- 5 or 6 days work / week, 7am - 5pm
- Good attitude and willingness to learn
- Location: Pasir Panjang
