Job Description


Overview*

The Assistant Coordinator will assist the Project Director and Programme Coordinator in the management of Scoliosis Screening Programme. He/She will assist the team to achieve stated outcomes for the programme, provide customer service, track volume & financial targets and work on processes.

Job Responsibilities*

Primary Responsibilities and Duties * Together with the Programme Coordinator, the Assistant Coordinator will assist to oversee the programme to ensure that the Key Performance Indicators are met

  • He / She will manage patient enrollment and would assist the principal data collector for the project sites
  • He / She is required to communicate and interview with patients to collect outcome indicators required for the programme
  • He / She is responsible to coordinate quarterly audit meeting and liaise with all stakeholders for data analysis
  • He/ She will assist the Project Director for programme updates and preparation of reports to management and MOH on quarterly basis
  • He / She will assist the Project Director in managing the financials and
  • He/ She, in partnership with the other Healthcare Professionals is responsible to provide assistance to patients during clinical investigation and achieving customer satisfaction
Communication * Participate in committees and other tasks as and when assigned
  • Secondary Responsibilities and Duties
  • Disseminate and implement hospital\'s policy & procedure
  • Ensure Policy & Procedures are current
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by supervisor
Requirements* * Good communication & interpersonal skills
  • Service oriented & customer focused
  • Able to work well in a team & independently
  • Able to cope with and work in a fast paced environment
  • Prior knowledge/working experience in a hospital setting is an added advantage
  • Be computer literate in Microsoft Word / Excel
  • At least two years of working experience
Qualification Required and Area of Discipline

Diploma in any disciplines
