Analyze credit data, financial statements, and conduct credit assessments to evaluate risk Overseeing and monitoring customer accounts, ensuring accuracy and up-to-date information Lead and mentor a team of credit control and collection officers to ensure high performance Maintaining positive relationships with customers while effectively managing credit risks and ensuring timely payments Any ad-hoc duties as required
