Job Scope and Responsibilities:
Attending to residents' request and complaints by manning the Information Centre counter and the information hotline.
Perform clerical duties such as data entry, filling etc.
Answer phone calls, emails, basic queries and assist in ad-hoc duties in the Information Centre.
Requirements:
Minimum GCE "O" Level Certificate, with at least a year of clerical work experience.
