What You'll Be Doing

As an Assistant Customer Service Advisor, you'll l play a key role in delivering exceptional service experiences, be part of a collaborative team that values professionalism, positive thinking, and continuous improvement.


Responsible for daily intake of cars for servicing Always maintain and uphold service standards and image Assisting in achieving higher service levels through various action plans constantly implemented Provide support to front counter operations, fostering teamwork and promoting positive thinking Ensure administration work is done promptly, warranty claims, internal accounts, WIP reports, cash debtors, monthly target of VOC scores, etc. Perform invoice closing Preparation of quotation when required Provide excellent customer service to customers Actively deliver good results from VOC survey with strong response rate and promoter scores

Who We're Looking For

Minimum 3 years of working experience in a relevant field Minimum NITEC in Light Vehicles or Diploma in any discipline (preferably in Engineering) Must have a valid Class 3 driving licence Possesses sound technical knowledge of cars will be an added advantage
