Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the assigned teams on Business Performances matters.
  • Manage Service Parts Logistics warehouse and distribution business for MNC Customer
  • Attend to customer\xe2\x80\x99s requests and enquiries from various channels including video conference, face-to-face meetings, phone calls, emails.
  • Effectively handle and manage customers\xe2\x80\x99 escalations and complaints.
  • Build good relationships and foster strong rapports with customers.
  • Work on logistics solutions with Internal country logistics teams to increase work efficiency & productivity.



Requirement:
  • Minimum Diploma in relevant field.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience
