What the role is:Assistant / Deputy Manager (Marketing)What you will be working on:Campaign Management:\xc2\xb7 Plan, develop and implement effective campaigns in line with TP\'s communications objectives and KPIs\xc2\xb7 Identify marketing channels, media planning, production of various marketing collaterals and videos to communicate key messages for the organisation\xc2\xb7 Monitor campaign effectiveness and analysing outcomesStakeholder Management:\xc2\xb7 Work with internal and external stakeholders to support TP\'s communications and marketing direction\xc2\xb7 Be familiar with vendor management and work with creative and media agencies to execute campaigns effectively, in order to achieve key deliverables\xc2\xb7 Work with the social media team to establish alignment with social and digital media effortsProject Management and data analysis:\xc2\xb7 Manage project timeline, deliverables, and budget\xc2\xb7 Analyse and leverage on data to develop best strategies and tactics for campaign activations\xc2\xb7 Report on project outcomes and provide After-Action Review (AAR) reports to facilitate learning and best practicesWhat we are looking for:\xc2\xb7 Qualification in Marketing, Communications or related disciplines\xc2\xb7 At least 5-8 years of experience in marketing and digital marketing\xc2\xb7 Strong profile of managing youth trending platforms e.g. Telegram, Tik Tok, Instagram etc\xc2\xb7 Prior experience in implementing and executing a marketing plan from inception to execution.\xc2\xb7 Strong understanding of marketing channels, search engine optimisation and search engine marketing\xc2\xb7 Excellent written and verbal communication skills\xc2\xb7 Possess a collaborative attitude, self-motivated, proactive, and able to work well in a team-oriented work environmentAbout Temasek Polytechnic:Established in 1990, Temasek Polytechnic (TP) is a leading institution of high learning nestled by the idyllic shores of Bedok Reservoir in Tampines.
