Our Client is a reputable MNCs and leading Construction Company diverse in building, iconic mixed development, industrial and high tech facility projects. Job Responsibilities: Reporting to GM Design Review and provide design advice to design departments in group companies locally and internationally. Responsible for elevating Design Capability and Design Quality of the Design Department. Assist and provide design management services for Design Build Projects Assist to review RFP documents for Bid/ Tender projects Design Review and provide design advice to design department in group companies. Assist with research for Design Standard Establishment etc. specification of Singapore and Southeast Asia Maintain good client relations on architectural design matters. Job Requirements: Degree in Architecture or related field. At least 5 years of relevant design/architectural experience in the construction industry.
