Assistant Development Manager (projects And Property Management)

Job Description
The Assistant GM is a senior role that requires leading and interacting with internal and external stakeholders. Oversees the day-to-day operations of the building management.
- Overall responsible for the project management of the planning, execution, design, construction and performance of the Company\'s development projects in Singapore, including delivery of projects from beginning to completion.
- Build and develop the project team to ensure to achieve maximum performance.
- Ensuring tasks and scopes are delivered on time, within budget and cost, by specifications, and with the highest standards and quality.
- Oversight of the project team, including the consultants and contractors, to deliver all key project targets.
- Overall responsible for property management of the Company\'s portfolio of investment properties in Singapore.
- Manage and direct the building management team to ensure that all works are done in compliance with the safety and building regulations.
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in building project management. -Recognised degree in Engineering/Architecture/Building or other relevant field -Proficient in construction contract and building & project managerment -Creative self-starter, good leadership and team player -Able to multi-task, strong communication skills
