1.Assistant Digital Marketing Manager [ SEM / SEO / HTML ]
Requirements:
Degree Holder in related discipline
At least 3 years of working experience in digital marketing
Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, social media, online advertising campaigns.
Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (eg. Google Analytics, Ahrefs, etc)
Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns.
Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and contraints.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for developing, implementing and executing the current website to deliver the desired digital experience.
Experience in conceptualizing, proposing, planning and executing online marketing content and campaigns to drive web traffic and engagement
Plan and execute digital marketing, including but not limited to SEO / SEM, social media and microsite/display advertising campaigns.
Design, build and maintain social media presence.
Efficient management of customer conversations on social media.
Contributes to marketing effectiveness by identifying short-term and long-range issues that must be addressed.
Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies.
Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels
Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.
2.Digital Marketing Executive
Responsibilities:
Plan and manage digital marketing activities in various channels, including website, email marketing, social media marketing, SEO/SEA/SEM
Create engaging written, graphic, and video content for each stage of a customer\'s journey
Drive and execute digital campaigns on social media platforms, paid search and paid media tactics and optimizations, marketing technology platforms, digital analytics, website ownership that align to corporate goals, ensuring success in form of brand awareness, traffic, and lead generation
Execute paid search campaigns in Adwords, LinkedIn and other platforms including ad creation, keyword selection, and campaign settings, and adjusting over time to optimize ad spend and conversation rates
Collect and interpret digital metrics, and report on success against defined metrics
Analyzing content intelligence, results, and effectiveness of campaigns to improve content marketing efforts and deliver actionable insights and recommendation
Requirements:
2 - 3 years\' experience in the Digital Marketing field
Diploma/ BA Degree in Communications, Marketing, Mass Communication, Advertising/ Creative Multimedia or equivalent
Demonstrable experience managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media.
Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising content and digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate
Experience in setting up and optimizing paid media strategies on various channels including Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other third-party platforms
Experience measuring performance and drawing insights for further optimization, using web analytics tools such as Google Analytics, etc.
Added advantage with programming competency .Net, php, Html, Java.
