What the role is:You design and develop curriculum for the Digital and Intelligence Service (DIS)-level training courses in accordance to DIS\' Training Roadmap.What you will be working on:You also review existing curriculum to ensure content remains updated and aligned with operational requirements. On this, you review existing and develop new Route-of-Advancement (ROA) courses based on the DIS training roadmap. Your challenge lies in the need to understand the operational needs of different DIS vocations in order to develop the requisite training roadmap and curriculum to support their professional development. You need to be able to work with multiple stakeholders and complete deliverables within a tight timeline.What we are looking for:You must have a tertiary qualification, with at least 6 years\' experience in curriculum development domain. Being proficient in MS Office, and the possession of strong interpersonal, communication and analytical skills is essential. You must also be able to demonstrate exceptional attention to detail and work independently with minimal supervision.
