What the role is:You provide operational administrative support to MINDEF key principals\' offices and corporate gift valuation services for all employees across MINDEF/SAF.What you will be working on:You manage four work-near-home (WNH) facilities; and you are also in charge of the planning and implementation for an upcoming fifth WNH facility. You plan and manage the centralisation of all common meeting rooms in MINDEF building, NS Hub and DTTB. You also oversee the employee concierge operations, as well as the centralised management system for AV systems in MINDEF building and NS Hub. In addition, you develop communications materials for employees\' engagement. Lastly, you participate in projects related implementation for employees\' experience such as the development of employee CRMS, advance occupancy sensors etc.What we are looking for:You must have a tertiary qualification in Business Administration, Business Studies, Finance or Economics, with at least 5 years\' relevant work experience. You should have hands-on knowledge of accounting software (SAP) and good working knowledge of spreadsheet applications. Possession of strong analytical, planning and writing skills is essential. You should also be meticulous.
