Support FP&A functions including financial reporting, consolidation, and business partnering.
Collaborate with executive teams to deliver impactful data-driven insights and reports.
Lead improvements in FP&A processes, systems, and automation initiatives.
Act as a commercial consultant to drive profitability and support strategic decisions.
Build strong relationships with senior leaders and influence cross-functional stakeholders.
Perform deep financial analysis, forecasting, modeling, and reporting.
Guide and mentor FP&A team members on best practices and deliverables.
Manage ad hoc projects, decision support analytics, and data-driven recommendations.
About You:
Minimum Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
5-8 years of relevant experience in financial planning & analysis (FP&A)and managerial or leadership role
Strong proficiency in financial reporting, forecasting, and data analysis
Experience in financial modeling and process improvement initiatives
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with senior executives, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams
Ability to interpret complex data, influence decision-making, and provide strategic financial insights
