Assistant Director, Technology Innovation & Strategic Operations

We're looking for a

driven and experienced professional

to support our

digital transformation

and

smart hospital initiatives

. This role works closely with the

Operations Lead

to implement

innovative technologies

that enhance patient care, improve operational efficiency, and support sustainable manpower strategies across the hospital.

Key Responsibilities

Implement

cutting-edge technologies

(AI, robotics, digital twins, AMRs/AGVs, IoT) across hospital systems. Support the

integration of clinical, operational, and building technologies

into a seamless ecosystem. Coordinate

cross-functional teams

, vendors, and stakeholders to execute tech initiatives. Manage

project timelines

,

budgets

, and

change management

to ensure smooth adoption. Drive

continuous improvement

and support the

innovation workgroup

.

Requirements

7-10 years' experience

, including

3+ in healthcare

or related transformation roles. Strong grasp of

hospital operations

healthcare technologies

project management

.
