Job Responsibilities: \xe2\x9e\xa2 Oversee the daily operation of the centre. \xe2\x9e\xa2 Implement quality standard for all programmes in centre. \xe2\x9e\xa2 Handle centre tour; operation portion. \xe2\x9e\xa2 Prepare financial and centre reports (e.g. petty cash, daily collections, centre enrolment report etc) \xe2\x9e\xa2 Prepare monthly forms such as teachers attendance form, attendance forms, sign in/out forms, school bus attendance forms etc \xe2\x9e\xa2 Conduct daily health checks with champs at the door when necessary \xe2\x9e\xa2 Assist parents in the purchasing of merchandise such as uniforms, caps, books etc \xe2\x9e\xa2 Conduct stock take and restocking of supplies such as merchandise and stationeries etc \xe2\x9e\xa2 Ensure safety and timely transfer of students from school to centre \xe2\x9e\xa2 Ensure safety of children within the premises \xe2\x9e\xa2 Other ad-hoc duties assigned by Director of company
Job Requirements: \xe2\x9e\xa2 Degree in Business Management with minimum of 10 years of working experience in managing several centers of after school care. \xe2\x9e\xa2 Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) \xe2\x9e\xa2 Good communication and interpersonal skills \xe2\x9e\xa2 Meticulous, organised and able to multi-task
