What you will be working on:

We are seeking a Team Lead who will be supporting the Board's Infocomm Technology & Digital Services Cluster in the following activities. Lead a team to plan, coordinate, conduct and host technical training sessions and events. Setup and maintain the competency framework which serves as a guide to technical upskilling. Work with key stakeholders to identify learning needs in order to design, develop and administer technical training programme. Review relevance and effectiveness of training programme/courses and process Prepare submissions for approval and result reporting. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of existing and new learning technologies. Handle ad-hoc assignments and other operational matters.

What we are looking for:

• Prior experience in learning delivery and administration for workplace learning within organisation. Knowledge in effective learning and development methods Proficient in Microsoft Office tools and content authoring tools such as Articulate or similar. Experience in managing all facets of a typical learning cycle is preferred. Personnel with IT knowledge is preferred. Positive working attitude. Possess strong analytical and excellent communication skill. Ability to build rapport with employees and vendors. Meticulous, resourceful, and resilient. A team player who can work independently to complete assigned tasks or projects efficiently. A leader who is able to build and maintain a cohesiveness team to deliver quality output efficiently and effectively.
