What you will be working on:

We are seeking a Team Lead who will be supporting the Board\'s Infocomm Technology & Digital Services Cluster in the following activities. \xe2\x80\xa2 Lead a team to plan, coordinate, conduct and host technical training sessions and events. \xe2\x80\xa2 Setup and maintain the competency framework which serves as a guide to technical upskilling. \xe2\x80\xa2 Work with key stakeholders to identify learning needs in order to design, develop and administer technical training programme. \xe2\x80\xa2 Review relevance and effectiveness of training programme/courses and process \xe2\x80\xa2 Prepare submissions for approval and result reporting. \xe2\x80\xa2 Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of existing and new learning technologies. \xe2\x80\xa2 Handle ad-hoc assignments and other operational matters.

What we are looking for:

• Prior experience in learning delivery and administration for workplace learning within organisation. \xe2\x80\xa2 Knowledge in effective learning and development methods \xe2\x80\xa2 Proficient in Microsoft Office tools and content authoring tools such as Articulate or similar. \xe2\x80\xa2 Experience in managing all facets of a typical learning cycle is preferred. \xe2\x80\xa2 Personnel with IT knowledge is preferred. \xe2\x80\xa2 Positive working attitude. \xe2\x80\xa2 Possess strong analytical and excellent communication skill. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ability to build rapport with employees and vendors. \xe2\x80\xa2 Meticulous, resourceful, and resilient. \xe2\x80\xa2 A team player who can work independently to complete assigned tasks or projects efficiently. \xe2\x80\xa2 A leader who is able to build and maintain a cohesiveness team to deliver quality output efficiently and effectively.
