What the role is:You establish and deepen relationships with different stakeholders to ensure smooth coordination and collaboration.What you will be working on:On this, you develop multi-year engagement strategies and implement plans. You chair and facilitate multi-agency meetings, translate organisational demands and align goals across stakeholders. Your responsibilities include operational planning, project management, and developing subordinates through coaching and mentoring. In addition, you make critical decisions independently when representing the unit, considering all factors and objectives. Your challenges lie in developing a deep and broad domain knowledge, navigating relationships with multiple stakeholders across various areas of expertise, and maintaining strict confidentiality in all aspects of your work.What we are looking for:You must have a tertiary qualification, preferably in Psychology or any related field, with at least 6 years\' experience in working with multiple agencies as a branch head or equivalent. You should have experience with coaching, mentoring and career development of subordinates. You must possess strong interpersonal skills, effective communication skills, and the ability to navigate complex situations.
