What the role is:

You are the main liaison between NSmen and the NS management system.

What you will be working on:

Your team is responsible for the Human Resource (HR) management and administrative matters in the NS units under your purview. In addition, you ensure the optimal employment and deployment, through identifying the shortfalls in staffing and projection for future requirements. Your challenge lies in having a comprehensive understanding of the relevant policies that govern the management to NS administrations and the ability to contextualise NS issues to provide appropriate advice to NS units and NSmen.

What we are looking for:

You must have a tertiary qualification with at least 6 years\' work experience. You should possess excellent leadership, decision-making, organisation and communication skills. Only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
