What the role is:You are in charge of matters and operations relating to the management of pre-enlistees.What you will be working on:You plan and direct the implementation of National Service (NS) policies pertaining to various areas including NS registration, NS deferment and exemption, exit control requirements, NS assignment, and NS enlistment. You also work closely with various stakeholders to develop plans for policy implementation, and for overall improvements in systems and procedures for pre-enlistment operations and in support of Central Manpower Base\'s (CMPB) journey towards service excellence.What we are looking for:You must have a tertiary qualification, with at least 6 years\' relevant experience. Possession of good decision-making, problem-solving and communication skills is essential.
