[What the role is]
The Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) is Singapore\xe2\x80\x99s central bank and integrated financial regulator.

As central bank, MAS promotes sustained, non-inflationary economic growth through the conduct of monetary policy and close macroeconomic surveillance and analysis. It manages Singapore\xe2\x80\x99s exchange rate, official foreign reserves, and liquidity in the banking sector.

As an integrated financial supervisor, MAS fosters a sound financial services sector through its prudential oversight of all financial institutions in Singapore \xe2\x80\x93 banks, insurers, capital market intermediaries, financial advisors, and stock exchanges. [What you will be working on]

Join us and be part of a team that develops functional competency frameworks covering a diverse range of functions at MAS! Specifically, you will work with a trainer to curate and organise workshops to enable stakeholders to develop, implement and review competency frameworks for various domains. You will also work with the team on the communications plans, and to contextualise and apply the competency frameworks to various human resource processes.

In addition, you will take on some HR business partnering responsibilities. You will support managers in a few departments in a broad spectrum of HR functions, including workforce planning, employee engagement and performance management. You will also interact with staff on various HR matters, and work with stakeholders to propose and implement measures to address areas of concern.

[What we are looking for]

  • Preferably has experience in development and implementation of competency frameworks, or any other HR area.
  • Effective communication and strong interpersonal skills. Able to work with all levels of staff, and forge partnerships with stakeholders.
  • Comfortable with managing diverse views and reconciling differences in opinions to achieve common objectives.
  • Good project management skills.
  • Good Excel skills, including working on data validations, pivot tables, lookup functions.
  • Self-motivated and resourceful.
  • Able to deliver outcomes under time pressure, both independently and in a team.
You will be working in a fast-paced environment that would require the ability to manage multiple priorities and needs of stakeholders, as well as the agility to respond to changes and developments. * As part of the shortlisting process for this role, you may be required to complete a medical declaration and/or undergo further assessment
