Job Summary:

• Company background: Hospitality
• Location: Central
• Working hours : 5 days, 8am-6pm
• Salary Range: up S$18,000 (dep on exp) + Min 2.5 months Variable Bonus

Primary Responsibilities

• Coordinate with appointed design team and consultants to make sure high quality theming design and sufficient facility spaces
• have theme park/ attractions experiences
• Ensure all the technical aspects are strictly complied and in conformity with conceptual design
• Generate creative solutions and ideas for the design tasks and ensuring functional parameters
• Create and manage design intent
• Review and coordinate design documents to ensure compliance with project requirements
• Prepare and review project schedule, quality, cost control, deliverables, planning and forecasting with the project team
• Responsible in feasibility studies, cost benefit analysis, risk analysis evaluations and mitigation plan
• Collate and compile the requirements on architectural, interior signages, coloring or materials aspects
• Update and report the project progress and performance to top management
